Fat or famished: striking a nutritional balance in Vietnam


Despite the growing wealth in Vietnam the nation is experiencing a double burden of poor child nutrition.

While some children suffer from malnutrition, obesity levels are also rising rapidly.

Thea Halpin looks into why Vietnam is struggling to strike a nutritional balance.
